Camila Alves at the 2014 Emmy's

Camila Alves wore a stunning lacey cutout dress that perfectly framed her face for the warm, natural makeup.  Her hair was a throwback to a 70’s Cher look - long and straight with a severe center part. Her Makeup Artist Mary Phillips, said, “We wanted to go more sultry than sweet, still somehow muted, yet in a very powerful way.  She looked like a queen of the desert; an aspirational woman.”

Here’s how you can recreate her red carpet look.

Face: The skin was prepped with La Mer Creme De La Mer and Jouer Age-Repairing Perfecter in #6 (Honey) Contouring with #8 (Tan).  She used Jouer Concealer in #4 (Buff).

Eyes:  The eyes were smoked in shades of tans and rich browns, and defined using all Jouer Cosmetics on the eyes.   Eye Definer in Noir.  Power Eyeshadow in Almond was applied all over the lids using Powder Eyeshadow in Cappuccino in the crease.  Phillips says she used Powder Eyeshadow in Carmel to highlight the inner corners of the eyes and Powder Eyeshadow in Creme under the brow to soften the liner.  She finished with Jouer Everyday Effortless Mascara.  For the cheeks, again using Jouer products, she added a touch more bronze to Camila’s already beautiful skin with Mineral Powder Bronzer in Sunshine and the cheeks were warmed by blending Tint in Bare and Mineral Powder blush in Blossom.

Lips:  The look was finished with a creamy nude lip using Jouer Hydrating Lipstick in Gigi and Jouer Moisturizing Lip Gloss in Oasis.
