Fans will go crazy over her new collection, which consists of a range of demi-matte and highly pigmented Kate Kat Matte Lipsticks ($6.99-$8.99) with fun names such as “Cat Call,” “Catoure,” “Purrsian Pink” and “Pink Paws.” COVERGIRL worked with Katy to find just the right formula for the demi-matte lipstick, which creates beautiful color due to a fine pigment dispersion, the right balance of natural mica to create that matte look, and the perfect moisture balance with ingredients such as shea, aloe and avocado butter.
